Description
- Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial statements and management accounts
- Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; confer with executive management on strategic planning
- Oversee Payroll function
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws
- Supervise investment and cash management strategies
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
- Improve and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
- Hire, develop and manage the accounting and finance team.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Job Offer
