Financial Controller - 12 month FTC

We are exclusive recruiting a role for one of the world's largest Creative Advertising firms who boast a large client portfolio after a number of record-breaking client wins. The client are looking for a Financial Controller for a 12 month fixed term contract to join their Group Finance function and be a lead in overseeing multiple agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly revenue costs and balance sheet reporting
- Oversee preparation and lead the annual audit process, being a key point of contact to external auditors to ensure a smooth delivery
- Review of all balance sheet accounts for client portfolio and ensure accuracy in financial figures
- Prepare and present the monthly management accounts and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to internal/external stakeholders
- Lead and oversee a team of finance professionals providing guidance and advice to ensure a collaborative culture
- Assist in the budgeting and planning process, providing input and analysis to help shape the company’s financial strategy and targets
- Ensure adherence to internal controls policy, creating clear process documentation to ensure the group financial policies are aligned and met
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA/CAANZ Qualified
- Must have experience working within a advertising/marketing/communications/creative/digital media sector
- Strong experience leading and managing a team to provide mentorship
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure for tight deadline
