A fast-growing International Independent Agency is looking for a talented Financial Controller to join their team during an exciting growth phase. If you are passionate about both finance and commercial decision-making, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to a company at the height of its expansion.

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports to provide insightful financial analysis and support informed decision-making.

  • Own and manage the cashflow forecasting process, ensuring liquidity and financial stability while supporting new revenue recognition policies.

  • Partner with the finance team to implement new financial systems, streamline processes, and design efficient operational models that foster long-term growth.

  • Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex financial concepts and tailoring communications to suit the audience's technical knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of financial integrity.

  • Collaborate closely with the CFO on commercial projects, providing financial expertise and strategic insight to support the agency's growth and profitability.

  • Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

  • Proven experience in financial reporting, cashflow forecasting, and revenue recognition.

  • Strong understanding of international accounting principles and regulatory standards.

  • Experience with financial systems implementation and process improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and commercial projects.
