Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports to provide insightful financial analysis and support informed decision-making.

Own and manage the cashflow forecasting process, ensuring liquidity and financial stability while supporting new revenue recognition policies.

Partner with the finance team to implement new financial systems, streamline processes, and design efficient operational models that foster long-term growth.

Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex financial concepts and tailoring communications to suit the audience's technical knowledge.

Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of financial integrity.

Collaborate closely with the CFO on commercial projects, providing financial expertise and strategic insight to support the agency's growth and profitability.

Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

Proven experience in financial reporting, cashflow forecasting, and revenue recognition.

Strong understanding of international accounting principles and regulatory standards.

Experience with financial systems implementation and process improvement.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and commercial projects.
