- Oversee the preparation of the Group's consolidated monthly management accounts
- Interpret and apply accounting standards (IFRS and UK GAAP) to relevant transactions
- Prepare accounting papers and maintain Group accounting policies
- Provide guidance to finance teams and the business on complex accounting matters
- Lead the Group budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with external advisors and auditors on:
- Audits
- Tax filings
- Accounting matters and the implementation of new standards
- Prepare the Group's consolidated statutory and interim accounts
- Manage Group VAT compliance and oversee financial systems
- Supervise the intercompany reconciliation and reporting processes.
- Support investor reporting and related requirements.
- CA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Proven expertise in navigating technical accounting and statutory reporting requirements, including IFRS and UK GAAP, with a focus on standards such as IFRS 3, 9, 15, and 16
- Skilled in preparing consolidated and statutory accounts in compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP
- Previous experience in group or multi-entity reporting
- Proactive self-starter with a curious and analytical mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
