The Role

Report into the Global FD

Ownership and Management of the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax compliance, the month end process and management accounting

Accountable for the accounts at month end to ensure correct financial policies have been undertaken under IFRS. Taking accruals & prepayments as applicable

Reviewing the monthly accounts with the FD and FP&A manager and support production of the management accounts and monthly commentary provided into the management team

Lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors

Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in professional services.

Proven ability to manage and improve financial systems and processes.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
