Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the year-end financial closing process and prepare the company for audit.
Key Responsibilities:
路Manage the year-end financial closing process, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
路Prepare financial statements in accordance with French GAAP and UK accounting standards.
路Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.
路Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
路Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
路Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support management decisions.
Qualifications:
路CA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
路Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role, particularly in preparing for audits.
路Strong knowledge of French GAAP and UK accounting standards.
路Fluency in French and English is essential.
路Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
路Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
