As the Financial Controller, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the smooth flow of financial processes and providing essential financial insights to support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial targets with broader business goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team, providing leadership and support to ensure success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial efficiency and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial control role within a fast-paced SME environment.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a solid understanding of financial reporting and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, particularly Xero and Excel.
  • A commercially focused, proactive, and practical approach to financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams across the business.
