Our client is a highly successful and fast growing recruitment business based in London who are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will ideally be a Qualified Accountant who is happy to be involved in all elements of day to day finance and reporting.
In general, you will typically be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing a team of transactional finance staff ensuring best practices
- Monthly cash flow management and forecasting
- Business partnering
- Financial planning and analysis
- Variance analysis
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for the group
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Year end Audit
This is a hybrid role with most staff typically attending the office at least twice a week. Recruitment experience (any sector) is preferred.
