SME Financial Controller
Overview: Robert Half are seeking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead their small finance team.
This opportunity is perfect for a hospitality-focused Finance Manager/Finance Controller with experience of transactional finance to month end preparation, P&L preparation, budgeting and forecasting and business partnering, who is eager to assume greater ownership in a fully self-accounting environment.
Financial Controller Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management
- Month-end preparation
- Financial reporting

- Leadership / Management of small team
- Operational efficiency
Must have:
- Experience within Hospitality, Restaurants or Retail,
- Top to bottom Finance Manager experience. Happy to involved at transactional level through to month end.
- Comfortable in a small company.
Details:
- Reporting to Managing Directors,
- Managing a small team,
- Based in London.
Package Details including but not limited to:
- Base salary between £70,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid model: in the office 4 days per week and 1 day from home.
