Their portfolio is growing rapidly across income generating properties (currently £500mil + GDV).

Working in a small Finance team and having direct exposure to the CFO, you will work as managing the in-house finances including:

• Preparation and submission of statutory accounts for group companies • Take ownership of P&Ls and Balance Sheets as well as variance analysis vs budget/forecast• Develop and maintain accurate cash flows for all projects• Management reports and budgets to identify results, trends, savings and financial forecasts with KPI reporting • Present financial reports to Directors and Investors • Liaise with lenders to ensure compliance with all debt obligations and financial covenants • Maintain company bank accounts, accounts payable and receivables • Research and implementation of tax planning solutions
