You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and shape key financial strategies, while driving operational excellence through data insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
  • Manage invoice/payable processing and tax compliance.
  • Continuously enhance business models to optimise financial performance.
  • Work with department heads to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with product teams to maximise financial and operational visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide senior decision-making.
  • Create best practices for financial operations.
  • Support cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
  • Provide valuable financial insights to teams across marketing, supply chain, and inventory management.

Skills and Experience:

  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with 2-5 years PQE
  • Consumer industry experience non-negotiable
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, financial modeling, and large data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in inventory/cost accounting is a plus.
