A unique opportunity has become available for a Systems Financial Controller to join a highly successful Property Management company based in North London. As a Systems Financial Controller, you will play a key role in streamlining financial processes, managing a team and supporting system implementations. Key Responsibilities:* Supervision and mentoring a team of 3-4 employees and running daily Zoom meetings.* Responsible for all departmental processes including: Completeness and Accuracy of Tenant records, rent reviews, service charges, banking and daily client account reconciliations, Qube system reconciliations.* Control the tenant acquisition process including Qube system set-up, documentation and compliance ( Know your Client & Right to Rent).* Communication with various outside bodies such as Clients, Housing Associations, Insurance Companies, Councils and Auditors.* Maintenance of pension stakeholder accounts on a monthly basis. * Initiation and supervision of the process of producing timely and accurate financial reports for the Directors and clients including preparation of service charge financial accounts with the external accountants.* Responsible for Support of the Qube business property system and Fixflo cloud service maintenance management system.* Participation in annual budgeting and preparation of service charge budgets.Key Requirements: * Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA) with solid financial control experience.* Property management finance experience (desirable but not essential).* Strong systems implementation and process improvement background.* Confident team leader with excellent communication and IT skills.* Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.* Knowledge of QUBE software (desirable but not essential).Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
