Financial Controller

Your new companyI am currently working with a PE-backed global consultancy business that is in rapid growth and are looking for a Financial Controller to come in and lead the European finance team. The business has made some significant moves lately and is continuing to grow. Your new roleKey responsibilities of this role are -

• Owning the accounting close process and forecasting cash flows
• Understanding transfer pricing and making currency translation adjustments
• Responsible for consolidating the financial statements
• Managing a small team, providing development and mentorship for them
• Overseeing and managing payroll support
• Taking on ad hoc projects looking at process improvement

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) audit trained
• Experience within a professional services business would be advantageous but is not desired.
• Previous team management experience
• Experience consolidating financial statements and UK GAAP
• Experience within a PE-backed or scaled-up business is desired.
