FS Partners is partnering with central London lifestyle Hotel to recruit a standalone Financial Controller for this exciting site.

The Package

• Salary up to 55,000

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Full time on site
• Strictly No Hybrid or WFH

What you will do

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and property reports

• Oversee financial statements preparation and manage annual audit process

• Conduct benchmarking analysis on key financial metrics

Cash Management & Forecasting:

• Manage property cash flow, including weekly and monthly forecasts

• Oversee banking operations, loans, and other financial instruments

Budgeting & Planning:

• Lead annual budget preparation with General Manager

• Produce quarterly forecasts

Operational Finance:

• Day-to-day finance operations (credit control, payroll, flash reports)

• Accounts Payable function and purchasing procedures

Strategic Partnership:

• Act as financial business partner to management team and General Manager

• Communicate financial responsibilities effectively across all teams

• Support Group CFO and VP Finance on strategic finance projects

This role requires a proactive approach to financial management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the business.

What you will bring

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Qualified or Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Hospitality experience
