Eames are partnering with a leading healthcare company based in North West London to hire a Financial Controller. Our client is a highly acquisitive business with exciting growth plans for the coming years.
We are looking for a self-started who is either a Financial Controller looking for an exciting opportunity or a Finance Manager looking for a step up. The role will involve all aspects of finance and manage a team of Management Accountants.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of the accounts function
- Produce monthly group reporting for the board, banks and investors.
- Oversee the month end process for multiple entities
- Assist in consolidation of group financials and preparation of budgets, forecasts etc
- Analysing Commercial P&L and Balance sheet with ownership of specific P&L lines
- Cashflow forecasting
- Support the integration of acquisitions and new business units
- Opportunity to be part of M&A process, modelling, due diligence and integration.
- Documentation of accounting processes and policies
- Monitoring Capex and manage cost control across operations
- Support in various head office projects
Person requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge
- Cash flow forecasting and multisite P&L experience
- Experience leading a team
- Experience of managing finance projects
