Financial Controller

London - Hybrid working - 4 days in the office

£75,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Investigo are working with one of the most recognised names in the property industry in the search for a Financial Controller.

This prestigious business has an impressive portfolio of property investments and developments across the UK, and this key role is imperative to the running of multiple corporate entities.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation of forecasts to assist with planning and regulatory requirements
  • Management account for a number of direct investments and preparation of loan covenant checklists
  • Responsibility for the preparation of management reporting for presentation to the board including cashflow forecasting
  • Oversight of year end corporation tax returns
  • Creation and preparation of annual budgets and business plans across the Group
  • Auditor liaison and preparation of the year end accounts
  • Oversight of the accounts payable team and management of outsourced providers and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • ACA/CA Qualified with a Top 10 Audit training background
  • 2-3 years PQE experienced post practice
  • Working knowledge with real estate investment/development
  • Proven working knowledge with IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Understanding of VAT, CT and taxes
  • Proven stakeholder management internally and externally

This is a key role within the team and interview slots are prepared for January
