Trinity House Group are working with a high-growth and profitable consultancy firm based in London (SE1) is looking for a Financial Controller to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations and provide key financial insights to the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insights that drive business performance.
- Lead process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
- Strong technical finance skills with a commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
