We're looking for an experienced F&B Cost controller to join our Rhubarb London Events team.

With over twenty years of experience,rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC)proudly create and cater some of the biggest events in London and beyond. From beautiful canap? receptions to elegant weddings and exquisite charity galas, we deliver events with deliciously different flair.

  • As F&B Cost Controller you'll oversee day-to-day cost receiving, stock management and F&B Adaco support & maintenance at the site level.
  • You will be managing the deliveries, making sure that all goods are delivered correctly and liaise with the suppliers on any matter related to the orders.
  • You will assist senior management in the development of consistent and standardised food and beverage cost control methods and provide an efficient receiving system for all inventory food/ beverage /chemical / consumable items.

  • You'll be working in close conjunction with F&B, Finance and IT teams.
  • We have an excellent track record of developing and promoting from within - career development is readily available for those who seek it.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience managing high volume and quality-led restaurants and bars cost centres. Knowledge of Adaco or FnB Shop by Fourth and InfoGenesis by Agilysys would be desired.
