A pan-European Real Estate Investment business is recruiting for a qualified Property Fund Accountant to join the close-knit finance team based in central London. The role is an excellent, broad-ranging career opportunity offering exposure to the transactions side of the business as well as working closely with senior members of the team.

Job duties include:
- Reviewing financials received from external third-party suppliers
- Managing the audit process
- SPV accounting
- Group Reporting
- Statutory filing requirements including tax and financial reporting
- Managing projects from a finance perspective and being involved in change projects
- Managing internal controls and procedures
- Financial modelling
- Exposure to various aspects of financial transactions
Skills required:
- An accountancy qualification with substantial PQE in a Real Estate Fund environment
- Experience of IFRS and ideally variations of European GAAP standards
- Real Estate Fund sector experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills, ideally with financial modelling experience
