Alexander Lloyd is proud to be partnering this established yet rapidly growing insurance/ fs business based in London to hire two new Group Accountants into their finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to step up in their career or for their next challenge in a supportive and ambitious company environment.
Between the two roles you will take responsibility for either the UK or International entities and be responsible for delivering month end, consolidations, Assist with VAT returns, managing the ledger and overseeing the P&L balance sheet.
You will play an active part in mentoring and supervising juniors in the team with potential to manage in the future.
There are a number of ongoing projects that you will also provide support to including a new ERP system implementation.
The Person
- Finalist/ Qualified Accountant CIMA/ ACCA /ACA
- Experience gained in industry in either a management accounting/ group accounting/ financial accounting capacity
- Consolidations experience
- Ability to prepare a set of accounts
- Strong Excel ability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience gained in the insurance or financial services sector would be an advantage
- Someone with a short notice period would be highly advantageous
