Sonic Summary

The position is for an Interim Group Accountant, available immediately.
The role offers a salary of £500-£600 per day and falls inside IR35 regulations.
Candidates should ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in preparing statutory accounts for year-end.
Experience in preparing group consolidated statutory accounts and a strong understanding of IFRS are required.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with technical group reporting are also essential for this role.

Interim Group Accountant - Immediately available

£500-£600 per day Inside IR35

Retail Sector

Location - Central London, 3 days in the office Mon / Tues / Wed

Responsibilities include:

Managing the organisation through year end and audit, including taking a lead role in preparing the annual report and consolidated accounts.
Partnering with auditors to prepare reports and respond to queries.

Performing variance analysis and commentaries for senior management and audit analytics

Ideally ACA qualified senior finance professional with significant experience in preparing statutory accounts for year-end.

Experience in preparing group consolidated statutory accounts, individual entity accounts and disclosure notes.

Strong understanding of IFRS, including providing accounting solutions to complex issues.

Ideal experience:

ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
Experience complex consolidations for multiple entities
Advanced Excel skills
