We are looking for two Group Financial Accountants for a high growth, PE backed business to join the team on a full time permanent basis. As a Group Financial Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the consolidation of management reports, assisting with the month and year end close process and building professional relationships with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ideally be part qualified with at least 2 years in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is driven by results with a collaborative work approach. Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the consolidation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Assisting with both month end and year end close across the group
  • Timely preparation of financial statements in line with the group policies and regulatory requirements
  • Build professional relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Finance operations including ledger maintenance and transactional processing
  • Work closely with the finance teams and other stakeholders in the UK and Europe

Key skills:

  • Part Qualified/Finalist - ACCA/CIMA
  • At least 2 years demonstrable experience working within a similar role
  • A good understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP would be highly desirable
  • IT Proficient with a good level of MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and has the ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Strong integrity and discreet office manners
  • Self starter with a collaborative work approach
