We're searching for a Group Financial Controller / Finance Manager to oversee the financial heartbeat of this dynamic operation. Whether you're an ambitious FC ready to level up or a seasoned FM eager for a larger challenge, this opportunity is tailored for growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Steering daily reconciliations across departments, from tills to bank statements, encompassing all payment types (cash, cards, PDQ machines).
• Managing accounts correspondence and emails with precision.
• Delivering daily sales reports to Heads of Departments.
• Overseeing payment runs, including BACS and CHAPS.
• Collaborating with the head office finance team to prepare seamless month-end accounts.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and actual vs. forecast analyses to drive financial performance.
Who You Are:
• A proven performer with experience in hotel accounts, ideally at the FC level or above A strategic thinker with an eye for business dynamics and a knack for problem-solving.
• Cool, calm, and collected under pressure with exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Analytical and insightful, with the ability to decode financial data and market trends.
• Ideally rooted in a hospitality background, giving you the edge in understanding hotel operations.
