The role involves overseeing subsidiary reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, covenant reporting, and group consolidations, while also serving as the key contact for auditors and tax matters.
Candidates should be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) with a few years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and some international and group accounting experience.

Key to its continued expansion will be the appointment of a Group Financial Controller to report directly to the CFO and take responsibility for group reporting and analysis including:

Oversee subsidiary reporting
Financial analysis and KPIs
Forecasting and budgeting
Covenant reporting
Group reporting and consolidations
Statutory reporting
Key point of contact for auditors and tax
Ad hoc - eg acquisition/due diligence

For this Group Financial Controller role, you should be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), a few years' PQE, with some international and group accounting experience.
