Key to its continued expansion will be the appointment of a Group Financial Controller to report directly to the CFO and take responsibility for group reporting and analysis including:
- Oversee subsidiary reporting
- Financial analysis and KPIs
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Covenant reporting
- Group reporting and consolidations
- Statutory reporting
- Key point of contact for auditors and tax
- Ad hoc - eg acquisition/due diligence
You should be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), several years' PQE, with some international and group accounting experience.
