Description
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Implement, refined and define the control environment
- Group payroll and AP
- Preparation of the group monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet controlling
- Lead on the production of the statutory accounts & report and year-end audit
- Cash Management
- Responsible for the Tax compliance
- M&A accounting and integration
- Finance transformation
Profile
The successful Group Financial Controller will be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally from a Top Practice.
- Demonstrable experience in a group environment
- Multi-currency consolidation experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to lead and mentor a small finance team
- Private Equity backed company experience would be advantageous
