We're partnering with a rapidly expanding FMCG/Consumer start-up to recruit a Group Financial Controller for a 12-month maternity cover.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the financial success of a company experiencing significant growth.

Located in East London, with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office), the role offers a salary of £80-£85k (there might be slightly more for the right candidate, but ideally, they would like to stick to this range), a comprehensive benefits package, and a delicious daily lunch.

This role oversees all aspects of group financial control and reporting, including monthly/year-end close, management accounts, statutory audits, tax compliance, and finance operations. It demands strong financial control, process improvement, and system management experience, as well as team leadership.

Candidates must be available to start by mid to late March.
