Blackwaters are recruiting on behalf of a private equity backed group of manufacturing brands seeking a Group Financial Controller to support their ambitious growth journey.

The Role:

As Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting, consolidations, and controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the group. This is an ideal opportunity for a 2nd jobber looking to take ownership in a dynamic and evolving business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead group consolidations and financial reporting

Ensure technical accounting compliance

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Strengthen internal controls and processes

Partner with senior stakeholders, including CFO and PE investors

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)

Strong consolidation and technical accounting skills

Experience within a multi-entity, fast-growth business

Confident communicator, comfortable working with PE stakeholders

Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a scale-up environment
