VisionFR is delighted to be assisting a successful and growing Creative Agency Group find a Group Management Accountant, this person will be fully qualified ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with good exposure to working in a fast paced and Dynamic Creative agency Group. The Group has an international reach with offices in Australia, US , Europe and UK. This role is a key member of the finance team.

Key responsibilities of the Group Management Accountant:

  • Preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliation files for each territory, on a monthly basis in accordance with the month end timetable, ensuring that all financial data reported is accurate and complete.
  • Consolidation reporting of the group figures.
  • Keeping abreast of any changes to financial processes required by new accounting standards and incorporating these changes into your day-to-day processes.
  • Supporting & overseeing the AP team with any challenging supplier reconciliations.
  • Preparing the weekly cashflow for all business units that you are responsible for.
  • Preparing debtor and creditor reports for review by the CFO on a weekly basis.
  • Being a key contributor during the statutory audit.
  • Working with the People and Culture Director to prepare the UK monthly payroll data for our external payroll provider.
  • Posting all payroll journals and reconciling the salary forecast file.
  • Preparation of all regulatory tax reporting, such as PSA, P11d and VAT.
  • Being responsible for recording and reconciling all inter company reconciliations.
  • Supporting the Group CFO in building financial systems, processes, policies and procedures which simplify and streamline the way the business operates at scale.
  • Supporting the wider business with the successful implementation of Paprika.

Key skills and experience of the Group Management Accountant:

  • You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 2+ years PQE
  • You have experience working in a group role
  • You have advanced Excel and G-suite skills, and you strive to maximise your efficiency through the use of technology
  • You have exceptional analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills. A "find" the penny mentality to reconciliation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills which you adjust to your audience
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
  • Experience working with Paprika
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment but remain calm under pressure
