Ideal for an accounting professional from any industry with group reporting experience. This leading City based financial services company have a 12 month FTC role with the opportunity to become permanent. The overall remit is to support the business with the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts related to the group and its subsidiaries. The duties will range from:

  • Assisting in the production of the entity consolidated financial statements
  • Providing technical accounting advice and support to the other areas of the Finance Department on areas of financial accounting
  • Preparing financial statements for a number of subsidiary companies
  • Supporting the ONS submission
  • The implementation of new accounting standards
  • Documenting new procedures in line with both accounting standard development and company growth / change
  • Supporting broader enhanced processes and involvement in further projects and initiatives
