IN-HOUSE - PART TIME - Group Tax Manager | London

Up to 85k pro-rated

The role will play a key part in ensuring tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning across multiple jurisdictions. This part-time, hybrid role (3-4 days per week) is based in London.

The position involves managing corporate and indirect tax compliance, overseeing tax accounting processes, handling transfer pricing models, and forecasting global tax payments. Additionally, the role requires liaising with tax authorities, reviewing VAT returns, and ensuring adherence to evolving tax regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance & Reporting: Manage corporate and indirect tax filings, oversee tax accounting, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Transfer Pricing & International Tax: Assess cross-border transactions, manage transfer pricing models, and evaluate tax implications.
  • Advisory & Risk Management: Support structuring, acquisitions, and tax planning while identifying risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior finance, operational teams, and external advisors to maintain a strong tax profile.


Requirements:

  • ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tax-related tasks and collaborate with senior leadership.
