Innovation Taxes Associate Director - Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, London

NSTR is currently working alongside a firm looking to expand its fast-growing tax team and recruit an innovation taxes associate director.Our client is looking for individuals who have experience in managing and gathering R&D requirements across your specialist field, managing internal and external stakeholders and working within set project timeframes.

The minimum criteria you’ll need is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ATT, CTA) with current experience in innovation taxes. You will be confident managing a large portfolio of clients.

As an Associate Director you will:

  • Lead from the front in-regards to delivering client work, engaging the R&D tax and wider tax teams to ensure correct skill utilisation on all projects
  • Take responsibility for developing more junior team members, understanding their carer aspiration and support in this delivery
