My client, a respected Housing Association in London but working fully remotely,, is seeking an Interim Accountant to take full ownership of the financial management of their market rent subsidiary on a six-month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a complete accounting service for the market rent subsidiary, including operating within the QL system for tasks like rent allocation.
- Preparing monthly management accounts with detailed analysis and commentary.
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations and other routine accounting tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
