Global Accounting Network are partnering with a fast growth fintech client who are looking for an interim Senior Financial Accountant to join for an initial 3-6 month period.

As the interim Senior Financial Accountant, this would report directly into the Financial Controller and be a key part of the year end process.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support the month-end close & Year end process
Oversee general ledger reconciliations
Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Manage external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Ad hoc project work

Ideal Candidate:

Fully qualified accountant
Previous experience preparing financial statements for year end
Ideally an audit background
Strong technical accounting skills
Ability to work to a deadline
Ability to partner with external stakeholders
