Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading FMCG business to recruit an Interim Financial Controller.

Since their launch 15 years ago the business has grown significantly and now operates in 6 different countries. They have ambitious plans to continue to expand through innovative products and targeted marketing.

The Interim Financial Controller will report directly to the COO and be responsible for the production of monthly and annual accounts, running the Audits and leading a small finance team day to day. This is a hands-on position and will require the successful candidate to prepare the accounts themselves.

The role offers either a day rate between £400-500pd via an umbrella company or a fixed term contract of c £80-90k plus benefits. The role is likely to last 6 months but there is the possibility of becoming permanent. The office is in West London (Chiswick) and hybrid working if offered (ideally 3 days in the office and 2 WFH).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Budgeting and Forecasting for the business
  • Management of 4 staff (2 London based and 2 outsourced employees in India)
  • Year End accounting for UK and International business units
  • Development of Financial Processes and Systems
  • Analysis to support business decisions
  • Assisting with a refinancing process

Candidates applying must be professional qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with recent hands-on experience as a Finance Manager / FC.
