Interim Management Accountant | Global AdTech Media Agency | Fully remote
The Client
Harmonic are delighted to be the exclusive partners with a scaling Ad-Tech Media Agency supporting them with their search for an Interim Management Accountant to join their team for an initial 3 month period, with the potential to be extended.
They are one of the world's leading advertising technology businesses servicing the OOH/DOOH marketplace with a large presence in the UK, USA & Europe. They have acquired several other Ad-tech & Media agencies recently which has seen them double in size in terms of headcount & turnover in the last 2 years and are on track for a similar growth trajectory this year.
They are a fully remote business, you can work from anywhere in the UK, but they do have a shared office space in Central London for those who prefer to be onsite.
The Role
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with all financial aspects across UK & EMEA regions. They are looking for someone versatile and hands on who can oversee the AP & AR processes, support on the month end process, and partner across the group function to ensure smooth running of transactional finance. Their ideal candidate will have previous experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and potentially a background in advertising or media space.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation & review of month end and year end close processes.
- Managing accounts receivable collection queries and reviewing billing.
- Perform ad hoc tasks for the finance team and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities across
- different regions.
- VAT returns.
Essential Experience
- Qualified, Part-qualified, or qualified by experience accountant.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP System.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 2+ years in a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Proficient user of Excel.
Bonus Experience
- Experience in Media / AdTech or similar.
Location: Fully Remote
Start Date: Immediate
Day Rate: £250 - £300 per day
