Our client, a global insurance business, is seeking a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant for a Senior Financial Accountant position on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is based in London with hybrid working and offers a salary between £70,000 and £80,000.
Key responsibilities include fixed asset maintenance, VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and production of regulatory returns.
Candidates should have strong financial accounting skills, be a qualified accountant, and preferably have experience in the insurance sector.
The position requires availability to start in April and strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY

Our client a global insurance business is seeking a Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Accountant to join their Finance team on the financial accounting side.

London based / hybrid working

Salary £70,000-£80,000

Key duties will include;

Fixed Asset maintenance
VAT returns
Bank reconciliations/ client money reconciliations
Production of regulatory returns
Support production of year end financial statements
Production of management accounts
Support the preparation of the group budget

The Person

Qualified Accountant CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA
Strong financial accounting skill set
Reside within a commutable distance to Central London
Insurance sector experience is preferable but will consider wider financial services
Available to commence assignment April
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to engage at all levels
