Robertson Bell are partnering with a not-for-profit organisation to recruit an Interim Year End Accountant on an initial three-month contract. Working in Central London, this role will work alongside a skilled team, sharing responsibilities for audit liaison and contributing to the production of statutory accounts.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Support the preparation of accurate annual accounts.
  • Provide auditors with all necessary documents, including schedules, ledgers, and trial balances, and address their queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation for a smooth audit process.
  • Review and respond to auditor recommendations, resolve discrepancies, and clarify unusual transactions.

This role demands strong financial reporting knowledge, attention to detail, and proactive engagement to ensure audit and compliance success.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A qualified/part-qualified accountant.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong track record in producing statutory accounts in line with Charity SORP.
  • Available at short notice.
