Our client, one of London's leading non-profit organisations, is looking for a temporary Year-End Accountant to start as soon as possible.
The overall purpose of the role is to work in partnership with other members of staff to work on year-end duties specifically looking at year end duties, accruals and bank reconciliations.
Day to day duties:
- Support for the purchase ledger and payment processing
- Support around credit cards, expense claims and the expense in system
- Help with month end reconciliations i.e. fixed assets
- Help with month end with bank recs, accruals etc
- Deal with queries on a day-to-day basis
- Raise sales ledger invoices
Essential Criteria:
- Part- Qualified Accountant
- Proven ability to complete at least one month-end and year end cycle
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent working knowledge of purchase ledger and bank reconciliations
