Are you an experienced and ambitious credit controller looking for an opportunity within an international business offering the chance to lead collections in the UK and US?We are working exclusively with a fast growing healthcare business to recruit a brand new International Credit Controller for their London head officeThey are ideally looking to recruit a results driven credit controller used to working autonomously as well as developing systems and processes as the business grows.Our client is offering a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, with the opportunity to progress your career, responsibilities and salary.Responsibilities:

  • The role reports directly to the Finance Director:
  • Ensure timely collections from a high-value client portfolio.
  • Focus on a small customer base with high-value accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt payments.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complex invoice issues.
  • Manage cash allocations and maintain sales ledger systems.
  • Work independently, demonstrating initiative and focus.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients to achieve collection targets while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Build internal relationships across the business and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Display tenacity and energy in achieving collection results.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to manage high-value client portfolios.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling complex invoice issues and queries.
  • Experience with cash allocations and maintaining sales ledger systems.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Focused, results-driven, and tenacious in achieving collection targets.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships effectively.
  • International/ multi currency collections experience desirable but not essential.

Benefits:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working (3 days office 2 days home)
  • Annual bonus c.10%
