Manager, International Tax - London, Full-Time

Salary - Up to 115k base plus bonus plus shares

We are looking for an experienced international tax professional to join our clients global tax team based in central London. This role will be responsible for managing tax compliance, reporting, and risk across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and tax structuring. You will oversee tax planning initiatives, manage intercompany financing, handle tax disputes, and collaborate with internal departments and external advisors to ensure efficient tax management. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting high-value projects, including structuring for future joint ventures and navigating evolving tax regulations such as BEPS and Pillar 2 compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification and at least seven years of experience in corporate taxation, preferably within the mining, natural resources, or similar industries. Strong expertise in international tax laws, intercompany financing, and tax policy development is essential, along with the ability to negotiate with tax authorities. You should be highly analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish would be an advantage.
