What We're Looking For
  • STEM Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths) - a must!
  • A minimum of 2.1 degree classification and 120 UCAS points (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills - able to articulate technical concepts in simple terms.
  • 1-2 years of experience post-university, ideally with exposure to tax, accounting, or consultancy (not essential but a bonus).
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and problem-solving.
  • Solid IT skills, especially with MS Office.
