Handle are working with an accountancy who are the firm for some well known Post production, Film and TV clients.

You may be a junior bookkeeper looking to get into more of a production accounting roles or Finance Assistant 25-30K, you will have good experience across excel and double entry bookkeeping.

This role is on site, the team are sociable and all work in the office 5 days, 9-6pm or 10-7pm

Entering Purchase Order and Accounts Payable in PSL/Smart Accounting/Eclipse- Digital filing management (including using DocuSign, Nitro pdf_ and Studio specific platforms(Box/DropBox/GoogleDrive)- Processing Purchase Orders (DPO/ezyPO/SmartPO)- Entering Journals- Running payrolls and timecards with Sargent Disc/EP/TPH- Assisting with VAT return filings and ONS Surveys- Making payment runs on bank accounts- Managing tasks on Microsoft Teams- Working dynamically across multiple projects, whilst tracking progress and providing quick,insightful status updates on request

PREFERRED SKILLS- Media/entertainment industry or production/post production accounts experience a plus- Strong bookkeeping skills, experience in management accounts or confidence with using Excel- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping- Confident and proactive with ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate clearly withexternal suppliers, clients and internal team- Ability to plan and work to regular deadlines- Experience assisting with external audits useful
