A London market MGA is recruiting for a M&A Integration Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.As the M&A Integration Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the post-merger integration ensuring the entities are aligned to group reporting requirements. There may also be a requirement to assist on final completion accounts and relevant consideration finalisation. The ideal candidate will have strong skill-set in integration, managing stakeholder relationships and efficiently putting a routine process in place for smooth delivery.Applicants will ideally have Transactional / M&A experience from a top public accountancy practice or similar role within industry, have at least 5+ years post accounting qualification experience, and experience working in a fast-paced transactional environment. Experience of working within an insurance company environment is preferred but not essential to be considered for this role as long as you can demonstrate a proven track record in M&A Accounting.
