M&A VAT Specialist - Big 4 - National Team (can be located nationwide)

This highly regarded Big 4 VAT team is looking to hire an M&A VAT Specialist to join its market-leading practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial UK VAT advisory experience and a strong interest in M&A.

As an integral part of the indirect tax practice, this M&A VAT Specialist will work closely with the M&A and Real Estate Indirect Tax teams, which have recently merged. The team has experienced significant growth in recent years and has ambitious plans for further expansion.

The role will involve advising on high-value private equity and real estate transactions across the UK and Europe, providing VAT expertise to leading investment firms, and supporting private equity-backed businesses across various sectors.

The successful candidate will join the leadership team, contributing to the firm's strategic growth by identifying new opportunities and bringing innovative ideas to support the team's continued development.
