We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus, pension, CPD support, and other benefits. Day-to-day of the role:- Participate in the production of monthly management accounts, including assisting with the preparation of monthly Board reports.
- Manage monthly journals for accruals, depreciation, prepayments, operating expenses, etc.
- Perform and ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliations are up to date, investigating any unreconciled items.
- Raise, record, and send out sales invoices.
- Prepare monthly revenue journals for accrued/deferred revenue.
- Post bank transactions and complete weekly bank reconciliations.
- Work closely with AR/AP to ensure suppliers are paid timely and customer balances are collected.
- Highlight errors or issues to the Financial Controller and resolve discrepancies.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Support the company’s annual statutory audit.
- Assist with VAT and Corporation tax returns.
- Provide training and support to junior members of the team.
- Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with management accountant experience.
- Preferably a 2:1 degree or higher and/or a strong academic background.
- Strong Excel skills and IT systems skills, good knowledge of Sage.

- Excellent organisation skills and rigorous attention to detail.
- Business/financial services experience is helpful.
