Management Accountant – AdTech - Scaleup

Talentedge are currently working with a scaling AdTech business on the hiring of a Management Accountant in a newly created role. The company are at the forefront of addressing digital challenges and are experiencing strong international growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing financial processes and managing essential contracts and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial consolidation for multiple operating entities across different regions.
  • Analyse financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and produce management reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance 
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for stakeholders and partners.
  • Facilitate the audit process with external auditors.
  • Manage payroll and accounts payables and receivables processes.
  • Engage in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience in a fast growth Tech organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks within tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Sound understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
