Talentedge are currently working with a scaling AdTech business on the hiring of a Management Accountant in a newly created role. The company are at the forefront of addressing digital challenges and are experiencing strong international growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing financial processes and managing essential contracts and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial consolidation for multiple operating entities across different regions.
- Analyse financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and produce management reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance
- Assist in preparing financial reports for stakeholders and partners.
- Facilitate the audit process with external auditors.
- Manage payroll and accounts payables and receivables processes.
- Engage in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience in a fast growth Tech organisation
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to manage tasks within tight timelines.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Sound understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
