A nurturing Advertising Agency, known for their awesome culture and innovative creative work are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to report to the Finance Director.
Do you have strong ledger and journal prep experience looking to step up into a more hands on Management Accountant role? This is the job for you!!
The Finance Director will support you and provide second to none mentorship. If you are studying the agency will provide the funds and give you the time off for it.
The Role:

Raise client invoices and track payment & missing timesheets

Process supplier invoices and payments, weekly bank reconciliations & expenses

Work with the Finance Director to provide support to the Account Management team

Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding payments

Prepare monthly management accounts
-
Updating cashflow reforecast
Do you have the ability to multi-task and prioritise? If you have previously worked in a Creative Agency you will know what that means :)! You also need to have excellent attention to detail showing efficiency and accuracy in all work performed. It's a busy role and the finance team is very much integrated with the rest of the agency, you will have various non finance senior stakeholders approaching you, the communication in the key!
The Agency has solid plans to grow with the view for this role to progress into a Finance Manager with a Finance Assistant to support.
