A fast-growing financial institution is seeking a Management Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an AAT Level 4 qualified or part-qualified/finalist ACCA candidate looking to develop in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Please note this is a contract role, and will be office based 4 days a week. West London location.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in month-end close procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.
Key Requirements:
  • AAT Level 4 qualified or part-qualified/finalist ACCA.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a robust workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a wider finance team of approximately 25 people.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
